Jackie Gagne

Jackie Gagne’s career is characterized by her steadfast advocacy for diversity and inclusion and her innate sense of culture. Her expertise and vision are evident in her work at HBO, where she is enjoying her second stint with the company as Vice President, Multicultural Marketing.

Gagne, a Brooklyn native and first-generation Cuban American, oversees a team that develops and executes strategic initiatives designed to engage multicultural audiences including Black, Latino, Asian, and LGBTQ segments. Under her leadership, the group has produced numerous award-winning campaigns for all Original Programming franchises. In addition, she leads all marketing for HBO Latino, the company’s Spanish-language premium channel. Gagne joined HBO in 2011 as Director, College Distribution and Marketing. During her tenure in this role she established HBO’s digital distribution strategy for the college market and helped launch the network’s first streaming platform, HBO GO, in the university space.

Between her first and current roles at HBO, she served as the Director, Direct and Digital Marketing at Six Flags. In this position she developed the theme park company’s digital and social media strategy, launching its first online marketing campaign and overseeing all promotional efforts for the park’s opening in Mexico City.

Gagne earned a BA in English from Binghamton University and is a member of the nation’s pre-eminent honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. Gagne recently joined the Board of Directors of a wonderful non profit organization called Petals-n-Belles. A resident and champion of Maplewood, NJ, she counts her marriage and two children among her proudest accomplishments.
