Noelle Grainger is Global Head of Equity Research at J.P. Morgan. Noelle was previously Head of Americas Equity Research, a role she assumed in May 2012 after serving as the Director of U.S. Equity Research since October 2010.

Prior to her roles in Research Management,
Noelle was J.P. Morgan’s senior equity analyst covering the Apparel, Footwear, and Textile sector since 1996. During her tenure as an equity analyst, Noelle was named third team in Institutional Investor’s All-America Research Poll and ranked third in the Greenwich investor survey. J.P. Morgan has ranked #1 for U.S. equity research for the past four consecutive years in Institutional Investor’s research surveys.

She is a founder and past steering committee member of The Women Interactive Network (WIN) at J.P. Morgan. WIN aims to promote the empowerment of women and the building of professional relationships and career opportunities. Noelle is currently on the executive committee for the Investment Banking Women’s Network (IBWN) where she has spearheaded
IBWN’s maternity initiatives as well as the group’s sponsorship efforts.

Noelle holds a B.S. degree in marketing and
international studies from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She lives in Rye, N.Y. with her husband and two sons.
