Torrence Boone is the Managing Director of Agency Business Development at Google and is responsible for driving the company’s strategy and relationships with marketing and advertising agencies across the Americas. In this capacity, he leads a team that partners with diverse agency constituents to craft innovative ideas and campaigns leveraging the Google product portfolio to deliver business-bilding results for advertisers. Prior to Google, Torrence held senior agency leadership positions with WPP & Publicis: Global CEO of Enfatico; President of Digitas Boston; and VP/GM of Avenue A (now Razorfish) in New York. Before his tenure in advertising, Torrence was a senior manager at Bain & Company, where he advised a broad range of clients on corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, new product development, and interactive strategy. Torrence holds a B.A in Economics, with honors, from Stamford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a corporate director for Finish Line (NASDAQ:FINL), a leading national specialty retailer. He also serves on the boards of the Joyce Theater and Citizen Schools in New York.
