Adebola Osakwe is a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion group. Currently serving as a Diversity Coverage Advisor, she manages the relationship with the Technology and Data, Risk and Legal and Compliance human resource coverage officers to ensure the engagement, development, advancement, and retention of the Firm's diverse professionals; in addition to promoting the hiring of diverse professionals globally. Furthermore, she works closely with the Asian, Pride and Ally and Working Parents Employee Networking Groups to support and promote corporate engagement, responsible citizenship and professional development of the Firm's professionals. Previously serving as the Head of Diversity Recruiting, she joined Morgan Stanley in 2006.
Adebola holds a Masters in Sports Business from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Barnard College, Columbia University. With 3 children, Azikiwe (6) and Anyanna (3) and Anyaora (2), she resides in Connecticut with her husband Chester.
