Diahann Billings-Burford is an Executive Director at Time Warner Inc., where she serves as a member of the Cultural Investments’ team and has primary responsibility for the strategic direction of philanthropy, the programs and resources provided to stimulate and support employee community engagement, and community investments.
Prior to this role Diahann has worked in both the not for profit and public sector to leverage resources to address societal ills. In 2009, she was appointed by Mayor Michael R.
