Keli Lee is Executive Vice President of Casting and Talent at ABC. She oversees all casting and talent deal negotiations for ABC Television Network and ABC Studios which includes the multi-award-winning hitsModern Family, Scandal, Once Upon a Time, Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, Greys Anatomy, the #1 new drama, How to Get Away With Murder, the #1 new comedy series, black-ish.

Ms. Lee’s passion for developing rising stars and casting diverse talent globally led her to create and produce the ABC Casting Department’s Talent Showcase, the Global Latino and Asian Outreach Initiatives, and the first network television digital talent competition, ABC Make Me A Star. Past participants of the Talent Showcase program include 2014 Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o (12 Years a Slave), Chadwick Boseman (Marvel’s Black Panther), and Jesse Williams (Grey’s Anatomy).

Ms. Lee holds a BA in Philosophy from New York University.

She is a member of the 2014 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute, and is the 2012 recipient of the Inspiration Award from Step Up Women’s Network, a nonprofit organization that helps empower teen girls from under-resourced communities to be confident and professional women through networking and continuous development.
