Radina Russell is a Director in Brunswick Group’s Capital Markets Advisory practice, working with a wide array of clients and helping them determine the best way to announce information that has financial implications. Radina has extensive experience in the consumer / retail industry and focuses on merger and acquisitions (unsolicited and friendly), shareholder activism and investor relations. She has worked on major cross-border transactions and has also provided counsel on other high-profile situations including CEO transitions, IPOs, spin-offs and crisis situations.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Radina was Vice President of Equity Research at J.P. Morgan Securities where she covered large and mid-cap Broadline and Food Retail companies and participated in a number of highly successful retail IPOs. Before J.P. Morgan, Radina held positions with Saks Fifth Avenue and Deloitte Consulting. In her spare time, Radina is a volunteer cheerleading coach and mentor for the Harlem Jets.
Radina holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
